Dear Friend,
let me introduce myself, I am Dr. Renato Berardinelli, national secretary of the volunteer association Centro Ricerche Studi Onlus. The purpose of our projects is to help children with chronic illnesses, the so-called “High-Intensity Care Children”, along with their families, by providing concrete support for the endless needs that managing their children entails daily.
Your help is very precious. It allows us to limit for them and their loved ones the frequent hospitalizations that often result in long periods away from the warmth and comfort of home, with serious repercussions on the entire family structure already so strained in meeting the needs of their sick children.
What we want is to ensure our Angels and their parents a better quality of life, worthy of the name.

Adopt an Angel – Home Care
The project called Adopt an Angel is considered somewhat as the founding element of the Centro Ricerche Studi, which originated precisely from the need to bring this project to life.
Assistance and Support
Through the Adopt an Angel project, we aim to provide the Child with a chronic illness and high-intensity care with qualified and free home care, thus also offering concrete support to their Family, which often finds itself in a state of need.
Training
Alongside the desire to support as many Angels as possible, we aim to train personnel suitable for managing the clinical and human aspects of highly complex and specific cases, in order to ensure the best possible quality of care by providing services structured according to the real needs of the Differently Abled Child and their Family.
Objectives
Home care, together with the training of qualified personnel, certainly represents a costly and complex intervention method, but it allows us to follow and care for each Our little Angel in the environment most suitable for them, Their Home. With the aim, therefore, of making the quality of life of the Child and their Family as dignified as possible.
We Give a Smile
The project We Give a Smile was born from the synergy of intentions established between Ce.R.S. Onlus and the Cristo Re Hospital in Rome to ensure that Our little Angels also receive dental care under sedation.
Focus
Children with high-intensity care needs, due to the critical nature of their health conditions, are unable to receive even normal and regular oral hygiene care, which leads to further problems that can only be avoided through periodic check-ups and dental interventions.
Objectives
With the project We Give a Smile, we aim to ensure that our beneficiaries also receive specific dental care, but to do so, we need the support of specialized hospital facilities, as our young patients need to be treated under sedation, even for a “simple” teeth cleaning.
Agreement
The Cristo Re Hospital in Rome, having examined and shared the solidarity and social goals pursued by Ce.R.S., has agreed to join the We Give a Smile project by implementing mechanisms of agreement and committing, for its realization, to provide our little Angels with the dental services they need.
Angel Shuttle
Transportation service for the Differently Abled Child. Thanks to the generous contribution from Natuna s.r.l., we have a bus approved for disabled transport, which allows us to provide some of our beneficiaries with a free territorial transfer service to the healthcare facilities where the Centro Ricerche Studi operates, with particular reference to the pediatric hospitals Bambino Gesù in Rome (Gianicolo and San Paolo), Palidoro and Santa Marinella.
Mode
The operational base of the Angel Shuttle is located in Sora (FR) and is active free of charge for all those families, assisted by us in the area, for whom it is complicated and difficult to independently accompany their children to the hospitals where they are being treated.
Range of Action
Unfortunately, this service has a limited range of action to certain areas of the province of Frosinone, as we have only one bus and one driver. But thanks to Your Help, especially if you are a COMPANY interested in our project, we can expand the number of our available vehicles in the future and thus extend the accessibility of the Angel Shuttle to more user bases.
Purpose
The Angel Shuttle is a solidarity service that we primarily provide as concrete support to Parents who, having the opportunity to bypass any impediment related to hospital transfers for their disabled children, can focus on other issues with greater peace of mind.
Future Projects
For our young patients, even the simplest daily actions can become insurmountable obstacles, making 360° assistance necessary.
The commitment of the Centro Ricerche Studi has always been dedicated to the constant improvement of the services provided, with the aim of achieving ever higher quality levels and expanding the scope of action by activating increasingly specific services.
In our care activities, we also intend to make use of specific structures and expertise, in addition to those already existing, for the hospital treatment of our little Angels.
Therefore, to undertake new projects and improve existing ones, it is crucial to rely on YOUR support.
