“HEARTS, HANDS AND DOUGH” IN SUPPORT OF Ce.R.S. ONLUS
An event to experience and savor, curated by Master Pizzaiolo Massimo Del Mestre, who has decided to dedicate the evening to our projects.
On Monday, July 9, 2018, at the Parrocchia Santa Rita da Cascia in Rome on Via Acquaroni 71, the 1st edition of “Hearts, Hands and Dough” will take place, an event not to be missed, born fundamentally from two factors: the desire to promote Pizza, quality pizza, as a symbol of Italian gastronomy worldwide; and the firm intention to do charity, true charity, done with the heart indeed.
The event will kick off in the afternoon, around 5:30 PM, when a real competition among master pizzaiolos will officially begin, who will compete for most of the evening with a single goal: to create the best and most original pizza of the event; already a good reason not to miss it!
These master pizzaiolos, coming from all over Italy, will be judged by an exclusive jury led by a distinguished guest, Cavaliere Umberto Fornito, the world champion who triumphed at “Las Vegas 2018” with the Pizza Cracco.
The evening will feature a truly festive and entertaining atmosphere, with cabaret shows, live music, and performances by acrobatic pizzaiolos, as well as a video greeting from our Ambassador and Friend Paolo Bonolis, followed by some moments of reflection to discover our projects, with particular reference to Adopt an Angel. We would like to thank “Hearts, Hands and Dough” and the creator of this fantastic initiative, Massimo Del Mestre, who with great heart has strongly wanted to involve us to support our Association, the Centro Ricerche e Studi Onlus, also giving us a concrete opportunity to further disseminate and promote our projects.
