Ce.R.S. FINDS A NEW GREAT PARTNER IN LIRI BLUES
The Adopt an Angel project continues to gain support, which this time translates into a close collaboration with the Liri Blues Festival 2017.
On July 17, we will indeed be involved in the closing night of the 30th edition of one of the most important blues music festivals in Europe. A great source of pride, therefore, for our association, which, thanks to the strong desire expressed by the organizers to combine music and charity, will be the beneficiary of the fundraising that will take place alongside the event. A truly admirable initiative that can give us an extra boost in continuing our projects.
The program for the final evening, which will take place on Monday the 17th inside the splendid Boncompagni-Viscogliosi Castle in Isola del Liri, includes a performance starting at 9:45 PM by the “Alunni Jazz Consort” with “A TRIBUTE TO BESSIE SMITH” supported by the “Jazz Department Conservatorio di Frosinone” and directed by Rossana Casale. Following this, from 11:00 PM and in a national exclusive, the stage will host a legend of British Folk-Rock-Blues “THE STRAWBS” with yet another album.
Additionally, starting at 6:00 PM, the city’s alleys will be filled with “Blues On The Road.” Semi-acoustic bands will perform in exciting jam sessions.
An event, therefore, not to be missed. Admission will be by invitation, which anyone can book by sending a message on the Facebook page @Liribluesreal.
