Children with severe disabilities are often forgotten by many institutions. CeRS helps you claim their rights.

When we talk about Disabled Children, we refer to a broad category that includes a vast number of cases of different nature and origin. In any case, they are little Angels who suffer, because Children with disabilities can only be Angels in distress, but there are some who have to deal with more significant and complex illnesses compared to others, requiring special attention from institutions, which often are not met, sometimes partially and other times completely.

Our volunteer association, the Centro Ricerche Studi, pays particular attention to the so-called Children requiring high-intensity care, who are often afflicted by chronic, rare, degenerative, oncological, or otherwise severely disabling diseases.
It is for these sick children or those with severe disabilities and handicaps, whom we identify as our Third World, that we work every day, for many years, so that our Solidarity Project Adopt an Angel can grow more and more, allowing us to reach more Angels and guarantee them qualified and free home socio-healthcare assistance, along with real support for their families, which can also take the form of legal support where necessary.
Given the high management costs, we cannot guarantee socio-healthcare and legal assistance to all children with disabilities who need it, even though our dream is to achieve this despite it being a truly titanic endeavor. But we know very well that all severely disabled children whom we cannot assist risk dangerously becoming invisible children with all the consequences of the case; as the institutions that should ensure the protection of their rights often slumber or pretend not to see.

For this reason, if you need to give voice to your child's rights, do not hesitate to contact us by filling out the form below, and we will provide you with free legal advice to help you obtain what has unjustly not yet been granted to them.
